Too much health information flying around, junk food is on every corner and lots of noisy chatter. Today let's get clear and keep things simple.
Most people I talk to are so caught up in working out, processed foods and a quick fix that they are literally running in circles and not tuning in with themselves to listen.
Getting clear and focusing on you and your health is a practice. It takes time to learn, grow and see what works for you and makes you feel your best. Remembering that what works for one person, isn't always going to work for another.
But what I know for sure is that whatever diet you follow adding in more real food like fruits and vegetables will help you feel better and calm down.
