In need a quick post workout snack? This one's for you!
After I workout, especially full body training and cardio I could practically eat someone's arm off if they get too close to me. I'm talking that kind of hungry...I know you understand.
So this quick, crunchy sweet delight delivers. It's basically a Wasa Cracker with a smear of almond butter, (photo above has Barney Butter with chia seeds) and strawberry slices.
It held me over until lunch and provided me with fiber, protein, crunch, vitaimins and antioxidents.
