The temperature is rising and summer is in full swing. Today we're here to keep you cool, comfortable and healthy with some real food snack ideas. Because we know the summer means you're busy and can't spend a lot of time in the kitchen.
I try to eat food that is in it's natural state, even when potato chips seem to call me by name. The less processed the better and fruits and vegetables make that the perfect choice. They are so easy to pack and prepare. And now seasonal fruit and vegetables are more affordable at your local farmer's market or grocery store.
Real food provides you all the colors of the rainbow, vitamins, antioxidants and fiber that you need to feel your best. I'm enjoying all of these throughout the summer (and maybe a few potato chips!) and I hope you are too!
