Hope you had a beautiful Thanksgiving day! I did my best to encourage vegetable eating with my raw veggie turkey above. It was enjoyed by many and made me smile! Thanks to Pinterest for all the ideas.
Joe and I hosted our usual crowd and I was in the kitchen for days preparing. (that's why I'm just posting this now) All went well and we are recovering from all our visitors. We spent the weekend relaxing and spending some much needed time on the couch. As well as walking around our neighborhood and visiting friends.
As we welcome December, this month of busy holiday parties and events, I'm going to try my best to slow down a bit. And make this time of year a happy blend of celebrating, moving my body, relaxing and honoring myself while still enjoying the season. How are you managing the holidays? Do you have any tips or tricks to keep calm? Please share in the comment section.
