I keep their cookbooks and recipes close to my kitchen and thumb through them almost daily for inspiration. The photographs and stories give me new ideas and motivate me to try something new.
My Go-to 5 Minute Sandwich:
And then if I'm still not sure and short on time.... I usually go for a simple veggie sandwich on toasted whole grain bread, piled high with thinly sliced veggies, sprouts and smashed avocado or hummus. Drizzle a little balsamic vinegar and life is good!
