Do you write down a budget each month or are you living paycheck to paycheck?
This can be as simple as a yellow pad or a spreadsheet....just write out a plan for your income.

Debt can add up quickly, so being mindful of your spending can help you shop smart and learn to live with less.
Start paying off credit card debt and shop shopping.
My financial coach and hero...Dave Ramsey reccommends to have 3-6 months of expenses in savings in case of an emergency.
